1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (the "Terms") are between the person or business using the Northern Blooms website or Clover integration ("you") and Northern Blooms Garden Centre ("Northern Blooms," "we," "us"). By using the website, submitting an order request, using a customer account, installing or authorizing the Northern Blooms Website Clover app, or using the associated services, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the service does

The Northern Blooms website and Clover integration may provide features including product browsing, order requests, customer accounts, pickup and delivery information, quote requests, transactional email, availability review, order administration, Clover-connected inventory or order data, and secure payment through Clover Hosted Checkout.

Features may be added, removed, changed, suspended or updated as the website develops.

3. Orders, availability and pricing

• Submitting an order request does not reserve inventory unless Northern Blooms confirms otherwise.
• Northern Blooms may confirm, modify or decline quantities based on actual availability.
• Prices, taxes, delivery fees and product availability may change before an order is accepted and paid.
• Pickup and delivery remain subject to Northern Blooms' current fulfillment policies and any arrangements confirmed with the customer.
• Store-specific return and plant-guarantee rules are described in our Store Policies.

4. Clover payments

When Clover Hosted Checkout is used, Clover provides and operates the secure payment page. Payment processing is subject to Clover's applicable terms and policies in addition to these Terms. Northern Blooms does not promise that Clover or any third-party service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

A payment is not considered successfully completed until the applicable payment service reports a successful transaction and Northern Blooms can associate that transaction with the correct order.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for protecting links, credentials or account access made available to you. You must not use the website or Clover integration to commit fraud, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, access information you are not authorized to access, or violate applicable law.

6. Clover app license

For an authorized merchant or business user that installs or uses the Northern Blooms Website Clover app, Northern Blooms grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app solely for authorized internal business purposes during the period the app is enabled.

You may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, copy, redistribute or attempt to derive source code from the integration except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

7. Fees

Northern Blooms does not currently charge a separate subscription fee for use of the Northern Blooms Website Clover app. Ordinary purchases, delivery charges, taxes, Clover processing charges or other transaction-related amounts are separate from any app license. If a separate app fee is introduced in the future, applicable terms will be disclosed before it applies.

8. Data and confidentiality

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Authorized merchant information made available through Clover will be used only as reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure and improve the integration and to provide Northern Blooms' services.

9. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties, which may include Clover, Google/Gmail, Internet service providers and hosting infrastructure. Northern Blooms is not responsible for a third party's independent services, outages, terms, privacy practices or acts outside Northern Blooms' reasonable control.

10. Suspension and termination

Northern Blooms may suspend or terminate access to the website or app integration when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, misuse, fraud prevention or discontinuation of a feature. An authorized merchant may stop using or uninstall the Clover app, subject to any Clover platform requirements.

11. Disclaimer and limitation

The website and app integration are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Northern Blooms does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continuous third-party connectivity, or that every displayed product will remain available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection or other laws.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the website, Clover integration or business practices change. The current version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
