1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect information you provide directly, including:

• Pickup or delivery details, including an address when delivery is requested.
• Products, quantities, notes and other information included in an order request or quote request.
• Customer-account information such as contact details and order history when account features are used.
• Messages, support requests, reviews or other information you choose to send us.

When Clover services are connected, we may also receive transaction or order information made available to us by Clover, such as transaction status, amount, Clover identifiers, purchased items and related order information. We do not need full card numbers to operate the Northern Blooms website.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to operate Northern Blooms and provide the services a customer or authorized merchant user requests. This includes:

• Reviewing availability and responding to order requests.
• Preparing pickup, delivery and quote information.
• Creating secure Clover checkout sessions and matching payment status to the correct order.
• Sending transactional emails such as request confirmations, review links, payment instructions and order updates.
• Maintaining customer accounts and order history where those features are enabled.
• Providing customer support, troubleshooting, security and fraud prevention.
• Maintaining and improving the website and Clover integration.
• Complying with applicable legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

3. Service providers and sharing

We may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the website and fulfill an order or request. Service providers may include:

• Clover: for payment processing, Hosted Checkout, merchant order/payment information and related Clover services.
• Google/Gmail: for sending Northern Blooms transactional email from our connected business email account.
• Hosting, infrastructure and technical service providers: when the website is deployed to production.
• Delivery or service providers: when needed to fulfill a customer-requested delivery or service.

We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization or transfer.

4. Clover and payment information

Clover is a separate service provider with its own privacy and security practices. When a customer continues to Clover Hosted Checkout, Clover controls the secure payment page and processes the payment information entered there. Northern Blooms receives the information needed to confirm and reconcile the transaction, but the website is designed so that Northern Blooms does not store the customer's full card number.

Merchants reviewing the Northern Blooms Clover app or integration should also review Clover's applicable privacy notices and platform terms.

5. Email communications

We use the contact information provided with an order, account or request to send service-related messages. Transactional messages may include availability updates, secure review links, payment instructions, pickup or delivery details and customer-service replies. Marketing messages, if introduced later, will be handled separately and with any consent required by applicable law.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, maintain business records, provide account functionality, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and access

You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with your Northern Blooms customer relationship, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where deletion is appropriate and legally permitted. We may need to retain certain records for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or transaction purposes.

8. Children's privacy

The Northern Blooms website and Clover integration are intended for ordinary retail and business use and are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate involvement of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, Clover integration or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
