Our guarantee supports customers who follow the planting and watering instructions provided with their purchase.
Eligible trees and shrubs are covered for the season in which they are purchased. Planting and watering instructions will be provided with your receipt and should be followed carefully.
- Keep your original Northern Blooms receipt.
- Follow the planting and watering instructions supplied with the plant.
- If an eligible tree or shrub fails over winter after the care requirements were followed, contact Northern Blooms in the spring.
- The original receipt and the failed/dead plant are required for replacement consideration.
